Circumcision Vasectomy Australia
Vasectomy & Circumcision Joint Procedure
VASECTOMY & CIRCUMCISION
Simultaneous procedure
In the realm of men’s health, two common procedures often come up for discussion: circumcision and vasectomy. While they serve distinct purposes, some individuals might find themselves contemplating both. This has led to the emergence of a combined procedure – simultaneous circumcision and vasectomy. At Circumcision Vasectomy Australia this is our bread and butter. This is what we specialise in.
Benefits of a joint procedure include:
- Efficiency: One of the primary advantages is the efficiency of combining both procedures. By having them done simultaneously, you save time, money, and energy that would have been expended on separate surgeries.
- Reduced Recovery Time: Instead of facing two separate recovery periods, you’ll only go through one. This means less time off work and fewer disruptions to your daily routine.
Vasectomy & Circumcision
Recovery
Recovery from simultaneous circumcision and vasectomy typically involves some discomfort, swelling, and possible bruising. It’s important to rest and follow all post-operative care instructions provided by your doctor. Engaging in light activities and avoiding heavy lifting is generally recommended during the initial recovery period.
Opting for simultaneous circumcision and vasectomy is a personal decision that should be made after careful consideration and consultation with an experienced doctor. While it offers numerous benefits in terms of efficiency and reduced recovery time, it’s important to weigh these advantages against any possible concerns you may have.
At Circumcision Vasectomy Australia we are the only provider to offer these surgeries simultaneously under local anaesthetic making us the leading organisation in providing circumcisions and vasectomies.

This depends on the type of circumcision. You can return to work as early as three days after the procedure. If you work from home on a computer and have the circumcision done under local anaesthetic, you can even resume work on the same day. You are unable to lift more than 20kg for 2 weeks.

Can I have a simultaneous vasectomy and circumcision under local anaesthetic?
Yes. This is what we specialise in at Circumcision Vasectomy Australia. You can drive yourself to and from our clinics.
