How to make a booking

Depending on the age of your child, there are a number of options to proceed.

• For boys aged under four (4) months, you can opt to have both a consultation and procedure on the same day. Please complete the intake form below.
• For boys aged between four (4) and twelve (12) months, you can book either a phone/video or face-to-face consultation.
• For boys aged over twelve (12) months, you will need to book a face-to-face consultation.
